All orders for in stock items will be shipped by the next business day after payment has been received. Orders that include pre-order items will be charged at the time of purchase. Orders containing pre-order items and in-stock items will ship all together on the release date of the last pre-order. If you would like them shipped separately, then please order pre-order items separately.
We use the United States Postal Service or UPS for shipping. Shipping costs are determined by the total weight of the items purchased.
We guarantee that the product will arrive in good condition or we will replace the product minus shipping costs. We cannot be responsible for items lost in the mail, either sent by us or to us. If you are concerned, be sure to select a shipping method that is insured such as UPS or USPS Priority Mail with insurance added.
You may return an item for replacement within 30 days of the shipment date. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. When you return an item please indicate the reason for the return. You may want to insure your return; we cannot be responsible for lost or misdirected returns. Returns will be accepted for store credit minus shipping charges only.
